Yellowstone Revealed 2024: How the Land Remembers Us

Bozeman-based Mountain Time Arts, a nonprofit cultivating public art projects that explore the history, culture, and environment of the Rocky Mountain West, once again collaborates with the National Park Service to offer visitors to Yellowstone National Park an opportunity to learn about Indigenous history and contemporary culture through public art installations at each of the park’s five entrances. Returning for its third year, this year’s exhibition explores the tribal tipi lodge through physical tipi installations and storytelling.

The Arrivals: Works by Brittney Denham-Whisonant

Multidisciplinary artist Brittney Denham-Whisonant traces her journey into motherhood with quilts she dyed from indigo grown in her backyard. Her quilting style includes historical half-square piecing, as well as spray-painted improvisational works that come together to tell her story.

Celebrating Complexities: Ucross Native American Fellowship Artists

Artist Wilderness Connection Celebrates 20 Years
