10 Oct Engel & Völkers Expands Its Northwest Presence With New Big Sky Shop
Engel & Völkers today announced its new real estate shop in the prime Big Sky resort market of Montana, strengthening its existing presence in the northern Rocky Mountains and northwest of the U.S. Following the opening of Engel & Völkers Bozeman and Engel & Völkers Livingston, the new brokerage Engel & Völkers Big Sky is led by license partners Bret and PollyAnna Snyder and is their third owned real estate location within the Engel & Völkers network. Engel & Völkers Big Sky will also be managed by Eric Ossorio, and its expert team of real estate advisors will serve the markets of Big Sky and West Yellowstone.
“From the moment we opened our first Engel & Völkers shop, we were thrilled for the opportunity to introduce the network’s internationally renowned reputation and offerings to our local marketplace,” said PollyAnna Snyder. “Joining Engel & Völkers has allowed our business to grow, and our newest shop location in Big Sky will continue to allow us to deliver the most tailored client experiences and global reach and resources to home buyers and sellers in the community.”
Earning its reputation as a world class ski and summer resort area since the early 1970s, Big Sky has been a desirable area to invest in for its relaxed mountain lifestyle, having easy access to Yellowstone National Park and a full gamut of outdoor activities such as hiking, alpine and Nordic skiing, blue ribbon trout fishing and snowmobiling.
In addition to its offerings of fine dining, shopping and entertainment options, the area is experiencing steady growth, and its trove of primary and secondary residence investment opportunities continues to attract domestic and international buyers alike. With property values in Big Sky remaining relatively affordable, its variety of investment opportunities largely include commercial properties, ski-in/ski-out estates, large parcels and private golf communities.
Engel & Völkers Big Sky is located in the heart of southwest Montana among the northern Rockies, within steps of downtown Bozeman, Yellowstone National Park and recreational activities.
