Engel & Völkers Expands Into Montana
International real estate firm grows Rocky Mountain presence with its first Montana real estate shop in Bozeman
Engel & Völkers North America, the international, premium real estate firm, announced the opening of its newest shop in Bozeman, Montana. The expansion comes as a result of a partnership with Montana 406, the region’s leading high-end brokerage. Owners Bret and PollyAnna Snyder will continue to lead the newly named Engel & Völkers Bozeman, providing its signature boutique service with enhanced global reach, in the Bozeman/Gallatin Valley, Livingston/Paradise Valley, and Big Sky markets.
“The interest in Bozeman’s real estate market, from both domestic and international buyers, is growing,” said Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America. “As a boutique, luxury firm with a pulse on the local community and specialized knowledge of the real estate market, PollyAnna and Bret are the ideal partners to introduce our premium level services and international reach to this increasingly popular destination.”
Engel & Völkers Bozeman, with a main office located at 319 E Mendenhall in downtown Bozeman, will provide leading real estate services for buyers and sellers who are drawn to the market for its lifestyle offerings including premier skiing, fly-fishing and hunting. Bozeman is also known as a gateway to Yellowstone National Park and touts a strong university population, burgeoning tech scene and exceptional education system.
“Last year more than half of our clients came from outside of the state, and we expect this number to increase in 2017,” said PollyAnna Snyder. “To meet this level of growth, we chose to align ourselves with Engel & Völkers for the network’s expansive global reach and our shared commitment to the highest levels of quality service.”
